Delivery
Delivery of the product within the Netherlands goes through PostNL. For small products, the shipping costs are €3,00 and for large products €7,00. All products are shipped within 5 working days. Small products are sent by letter post, you cannot track this shipment. Large products are sent as a package and can be tracked by means of a tracking number.
Exchange & return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for another product or return it and get your money back. You have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase. Return shipping costs are paid for by the buyer.
